What is Outfolk Co.?
Outfolk Collective is a queer, Latina-owned community organization that curates nature-based experiences for adults who seek connection, wellness, and belonging. Our events are designed to be inclusive, joyful, and rooted in a deep respect for land, culture, and community.

Who is Outfolk for?
Our events are open to everyone, with an emphasis on creating safe & affirming space for folks! We are body-positive and encourage anyone who feels hesitant, to reach out! Whether you're brand new to the outdoors or a seasoned trail-lover, you're welcome here.

Do I need outdoor experience to join?
Nope! Outfolk events are beginner-friendly. If you’ve been looking to spend time outdoors and want a community to do it with, join us! Just bring your open heart and we’ll meet you where you are.

What types of events do you offer?
We host guided hikes, nature outings, pop-up campfires, reflective retreats, skill-sharing workshops, and seasonal gatherings that blend nature, culture, and wellness. Some are one-day events; others are immersive weekend experiences.

How much do your events cost?
We offer a range of membership pricing models and occasional free and pay-what-you-can events.
In the future, we plan on offering memberships on a sliding scale and through community scholarships. -
How do I sign up for an event?
Event details and registration are available to members through the “Login” portal.
We offer free community events bimonthly. We recommend following us on Instagram to get early access announcements.

What if I have accessibility needs?
We’re actively working to make our events as accessible as possible. Each event listing includes terrain and accessibility details. Let us know at least 72 hours ahead of time how we can best support you!

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We get it, life happens. Most events have a flexible cancellation policy with options for refunds or credits. The exact terms are listed per event. If something comes up, just reach out.
Per our Terms and Conditions, we do not offer refunds on memberships or subscriptions. However, you may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being billed for an additional month, please cancel at least seven (7) days before your automatic membership or subscription renewal date. -
How can I get involved or support Outfolk?
There are many ways to support: come to an event, donate to our support our non-profit partners, volunteer for events, become a community partner, or spread the word. We’re also always looking to collaborate with local artists, guides, healers, and storytellers. Message us at hello@outfolk.org!
